Recently, the information that the Tao Quan program will reappear on VTV3 at 8:00 PM on March 29th quickly attracted the attention of a large audience.
This is a special skit within the framework of the program "Meeting with March", made on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Vietnam Television broadcasting its first program (March 31, 1996 - March 31, 2026).
The program is directed by Meritorious Artist Do Thanh Hai - who has been associated with the Tao Quan brand for more than 20 years.
With his rich experience, he is expected to continue to bring a skit imbued with satire and humor, and at the same time have adjustments and creativity suitable for the modern social context.

Throughout its broadcast journey, Tao Quan is not only an entertainment program but has also become a familiar "spiritual dish" for audiences, especially every New Year's Eve.
The appeal of the program comes from the way it reflects hot social issues through a humorous, deep but still close lens.
Many seasons have left a strong impression such as 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016 - considered "peak periods" with sharp scripts and charming cast.

Among them, Tao Quan 2009 is rated the highest with many humorous and satirical situations when "transforming" into a competition of the Taos. Also from Tao Quan 2009, a series of "classic" parody songs were born, listened to over and over again for more than 10 years.
One of the most memorable performances is "Lụt từ ngã tư đường phố" performed by NSND Tu Long with NSND Xuan Bac and NSND Cong Ly.
Inspired by the song "From a Street Intersection" by musician Pham Tuyen, the performance was rewritten with satirical colors, reflecting the flooding situation in Hanoi.
Humorous but profound lyrics quickly caused a "storm" such as:
Thanks to the unceasing rain, my street is flooded today
When rush hour people and cars line up to swim on the road
Looking at the scene of the whole people competing to swim like a contest
People are excited that now the streets are cooler than ever..." became a favorite parody song and is even still mentioned every time Hanoi is flooded.
Besides, Tao Quan 2016 also made its mark with the skit "Corruption Wheel" - one of the highly appreciated staging scenes in both content and form. Taking inspiration from the familiar game show, the skit puts the Taos in a "brain-wracking" situation when facing corruption-related spinning boxes.
The anxiety and panic of the characters created a series of tragicomic situations, making the audience both laugh heartily and ponder.

The highlight of "Corruption Round" lies in its tight script, multi-layered staging and satirical dialogue.
Phrases like "If the water is clear, there is no fish, if the person is too good, no one will play" or "Sustainable poverty, corruption maintained at a stable level" have become familiar "quotes" on social networks, reflecting a frank but humorous perspective on social issues.
Tao Quan's return this time, although only within the framework of a special skit, is still expected to continue to promote the characteristic spirit that has made the brand: humorous, profound and topical.
Audiences are also waiting for commemorative skits to recall "classic" lines, humorous parody songs, or roles that have become "specialties" of Tao Quan.
