Time to receive purchase and lease-purchase dossiers from April 17, 2026 to the end of June 8, 2026 (excluding Sundays). Morning from 8am to 11am, afternoon from 2pm to 4:30pm.
The expected time to sign apartment purchase and sale contracts is June 30, 2026. The expected time to hand over apartments is July 15, 2026.
The applicants are customers who are renting social housing at the Ecohome 3 project, Dong Ngac ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city (now Dong Ngac ward, Hanoi city).
The average selling price of social housing after 5 years (for the leased area, excluding VAT and maintenance costs) is 14,953,292 VND/m2; VAT 5%; maintenance cost 29,906 VND/m2.

After the information is made public on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction, Bac 9 Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company will receive applications to buy social housing from tenants in accordance with legal regulations.
Hanoi Department of Construction notes that the investor only receives applications at the only location mentioned above. The applicant must directly submit the application, sign the receipt and register the desired apartment area.
