Recently, Korean financial media reported that actress Kim Tae Hee has officially completed the transfer of a luxury apartment at the Hannam The Hill complex. This deal once again affirms Bi Rain's wife's sharp investment vision when the profit is 3 times higher than the original price.
According to data from the real estate registration system cited by Hankyung newspaper, Kim Tae Hee sold an apartment with a usable area of 233.12 m2 (located on the 4th floor of a building in Hannam The Hill) at a record price of 12.77 billion won (equivalent to about 9.1 million USD).
It is known that the actress bought this apartment in August 2018 for 4.23 billion won. Notably, at the time of purchase, Kim Tae Hee paid entirely in cash without needing any mortgage loan. Thus, after 7 years and 6 months of ownership, she earned a profit difference of up to 8.54 billion won (about 156 billion VND). This is considered one of the most profitable personal transactions in the Yongsan area in the past year.

Besides the huge profit figure, the identity of the buyer of Kim Tae Hee's apartment also attracted great attention. According to the transfer dossier, the new owner of the apartment is Mr. Koo Ja Kwan (81 years old), the founder and Chairman of Samkoo Inc.
Mr. Koo Ja Kwan is an inspiring figure in South Korea, known as the "Cleaning King". His choice to buy back Kim Tae Hee's apartment is said to be to serve the living needs of his family in the most secure area of Seoul.
Hannam The Hill is considered the "Fortress" of the super-rich
The skyrocketing value of Kim Tae Hee's apartment does not cause too much surprise to real estate experts. Hannam The Hill has long been known as the "most expensive apartment complex in Korea".
