New product, refresh product
Quang Ninh in the summer of 2026 with a series of new products, diverse experiences, especially night tourism, to increase attractiveness and retain tourists longer.
The April 30 - May 1 holiday partly proves that. During the day, attractions are crowded with tourists; at night, a series of entertainment, culinary, and artistic products continue to create a brilliant night tourism space.
One of the new tourism products launched on this occasion is the Vui Night Market - Fest Ha Long, stretching about 1km along the bay coast, from the Ha Long International Passenger Port area to the Lighthouse area (Bai Chay ward). This is considered a new night tourism product, integrating shopping, cuisine and art performances, along with 3D mapping screenings, street carnivals, Red Sails shows...
Ha Long Carnival 2026 with a new approach, combining real-scene art and modern technology to enhance the experience and create deep emotions for tourists. The light show of 76 boats on Ha Long Bay, model carriages of 54 communes and wards has attracted about 80,000 tourists during the April 30 - May 1 holiday and is expected to continue to be maintained in the coming time.
In the near future, on the shore of Ha Long Bay, there will be another unique product, which is the experience with a three-walled sailboat.
Quang Ninh also "renovates" familiar spaces such as coastal cafes, beaches, seasonal check-in points...
Not only Ha Long Bay
In addition to Ha Long, Co To, Van Don, Mong Cai are promoting unique products, notably ecological agricultural tourism alongside traditional sea and islands.
Images of foreign tourists experiencing harvesting rice and herding cows in Co To are impressive. Activities such as flag-raising ceremonies, visiting relics, and experiencing local life create a unique feature for island tourism.
Secretary of the Co To Special Zone Le Ngoc Han said that the special zone is deploying a separate product of Co To, which is the flag-raising ceremony for tourist groups. Delegations and groups of tourists from agencies and units who want to organize the flag-raising ceremony and flag salute at the National Special Relic Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area on Co To Island, the locality will support the organization for free. According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province will continue to organize large-scale cultural and sports events with the goal of becoming a "New Sports Tourism Center" of Vietnam.
In 2026, Quang Ninh sets a target of welcoming 22 million visitors, including 5.2 million international visitors, with total tourism revenue of 65,000 billion VND.
