Attending the inauguration ceremony were Mr. Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province; Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province, along with representatives of departments, agencies, branches, communes, wards, Le family councils and a large number of people and tourists.
The temple to worship King Le Thai To (An Bien 2 area, Hoanh Bo ward) was built from the late 15th century, is the only temple in Quang Ninh province to worship Duc Thai To Cao Hoang De Le Loi, and also to worship two national heroes Nguyen Trai and Le Lai.

In 2003, the temple was ranked as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic, a cultural and spiritual work of special significance to the spiritual life of the people and local historical traditions.
Going through the fluctuations of history, war and time, the relic has been damaged and degraded many times.
Although it was restored in 1999, after more than 25 years of use, the scale and current status of the project no longer meet the increasingly high cultural and religious needs of people and tourists.
In order to preserve and promote heritage values associated with cultural and spiritual tourism development, the project cluster in the area of King Le Thai To Temple is invested synchronously with a total area of more than 21ha, with a total investment of nearly 700 billion VND (state budget nearly 400 billion VND, socialized source nearly 300 billion VND), including 4 component projects.
In which, the Project to renovate, embellish, expand and promote the value of the Temple of King Le Thai To relic has a scale of 1.67ha, with a total investment of 211 billion VND, implemented entirely with socialized capital.

The project is implemented from October 2024, including items: Main temple with an area of 1,080m2; Temple to the Supervising Grandfather and Temple to the Virgin Mary (301m2); Ta Vu - Huu Vu House (297m2); Lau Chuong - Lau Trong (105m2); Noi Nghi Mon Gate (151m2) and items to repair the current temple gate, coupled foundations, Noi Nghi Mon Gate.
The inauguration ceremony is associated with the King Le Thai To Temple Festival, including traditional rituals such as cutting the inauguration ribbon, picking up bells - picking up drums, offering incense - offering offerings of 32 neighborhoods in Hoanh Bo ward and the Le family council nationwide, and rituals at the temple yard.
The festival section has many folk cultural activities, cultural exchange, calligraphy writing, traditional craft performances, display of ethnic costumes and local OCOP products.
The inauguration of the project in the early days of the new year 2026 is not only a joy for the Party Committee, government and people of Hoanh Bo ward, but also an opportunity to express deep gratitude to King Le Thai To - the national hero who led the Lam Son uprising, opening the prosperous Later Le dynasty - and his predecessors who made merits in building and defending the country.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
