These days, on the roads leading to tourist destinations, it is not difficult to see groups of motorbikes carrying tourists connecting to the highlands. The driving experience and familiarity with the terrain of the drivers help tourists feel secure to travel in spring.

With more than 1 year of working as a passenger car driver, Mr. Vang Mi Pao (Quan Ba), said that just needing a driver's license and a little experience to travel the pass to get a job immediately.

Previously, I only stayed at home to farm. Being introduced by acquaintances, I applied to work as a driver for motorbike rental facilities in the center. The daily income is also 200,000 VND - 400,000 VND, not to mention customers also give extra bonuses," Mr. Pao said.

According to Mr. Pao, the job is not simply to transport passengers. Drivers must know the road, understand the stops, places to eat, rest, and take beautiful photos. More importantly, the steering wheel is firm and the sense of safety. If transporting international passengers, knowing foreign languages is an advantage.

In addition to bringing livelihoods, the profession of transporting tourists backpacking by motorbike also leaves a special impression on tourists.

Ms. Thai Ha (from Hanoi) said that because the group is all women, traveling to the highlands, she chose to hire drivers. Pass roads in the highlands, if you are not familiar with the driver, will be very dangerous.

Drivers are very enthusiastic in guiding beautiful tourist destinations. They are natives, so they know more, are familiar with the pass roads, so they travel very safely. Traveling to the highlands, safety must also be prioritized," Ms. Ha said.
