The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Notice No. 585/TB-VP dated September 17 on the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen at the meeting to listen to reports on tourism development contents.
According to the Notice, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen unanimously concluded and directed as follows:
For the Project on Planning for the Conservation, Restoration and Restoration of Historical Monuments and National Scenic Scenes of Huong Son - Chua Huong Complex (planning Project): Assign the People's Committee of Huong Son Commune to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of My Duc Commune and the consulting unit to fully absorb the content of the document to participate in the appraisal of opinions of 8 units of departments, branches and comments from members of the Steering Committee at the meeting. Seeking community opinions in September 2025. Submit to the City People's Committee in October 2025, submit to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in November 2025, and report to the Prime Minister in December 2025.
Assign the Department of Culture and Sports to closely coordinate with the People's Committees of the communes of Huong Son and My Duc to complete the Planning Project dossier; provide professional guidance; seek opinions from specialized units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, relevant ministries and branches to unify and speed up progress.
In addition, focus on supplementing and completing 4 contents: (1) List of public investment projects expected to be implemented in the 2026-2030 period; (2) List of projects expected to attract investment from socialized sources in the 2026-2030 period; (3) Plan to connect Huong Son complex with the relic sites and scenic spots of Tam Chuc and Bai Dinh in Ninh Binh province to create a complete and quality cultural - spiritual tourism chain; (4) Ensure the principles of development, conservation, and maintenance of natural values and landscapes, while paying attention to the content of zoning the elevation and water level of each specific area. Huong Son and My Duc communes integrate Huong Son planning into the general planning.
Regarding the Project to build and form a destination for the Hanoi Beer Museum at the land plot at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ngoc Ha ward: The city requires the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Ngoc Ha ward and related units to review land funds in Ngoc Ha ward to build a high school.
In case there is enough land fund, report to the City People's Committee to consider and adjust the planning location of the high school at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham to prioritize the planning land fund and investment project to build the Hanoi Beer Museum.
In case there is not enough replacement land, the Department of Education and Training will preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant units to study the possibility of adjusting the regional road to the South to separate the boundary of the Hanoi Beer Museum investment project and the high school construction investment project at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham.
The Department of Planning and Architecture will preside over the consultation to adjust the urban subdivision planning H1-2.
The Department of Tourism coordinated with Habeco to complete the Project, ask for opinions, report to the City People's Committee, striving to complete it in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Department of Finance guides Habeco to prepare investment procedures according to regulations.
