According to singer Bich Tuyen's sharing with reporters, she and her husband used to have a very good relationship with Dam Vinh Hung. However, after the lawsuit, both sides stopped talking to each other.
The female singer said that before, when Dam Vinh Hung filed a request to withdraw the lawsuit for compensation of 15 million USD, her husband counter-sued the male singer and requested compensation of 1 USD and an official apology.
It is known that in the lawsuit, her husband, Mr. Gerard, told about the process of knowing Dam Vinh Hung since 2018 as well as recounted the entire incident of Dam Vinh Hung's accident at their private villa.
According to singer Bich Tuyen, at the time of the accident, she and her husband were very worried about Dam Vinh Hung and they proactively paid all of the male singer's medical bills in the US, about 30,000 USD.
After that, after finishing the treatment, Dam Vinh Hung personally sent his thanks and confirmed to Bich Tuyen and her husband that his health had recovered after the accident.
In addition to the above fee, singer Bich Tuyen and her husband also said that they had previously sent Dam Vinh Hung 300,000 USD. This is the amount of money that the female singer and her husband will act as diamond sponsors for the male singer's shows from 2023.
The reporter also contacted Dam Vinh Hung to ask about the amount of money he received as sponsorship and hospital fees from singer Bich Tuyen and her husband. However, the male singer has yet to respond.
On December 8, singer Bich Tuyen and her husband submitted a 338-page document to the court to add new details in the counter-lawsuit.
Singer Bich Tuyen said that although the lawsuit against singer Dam Vinh Hung for compensation after the accident is still ongoing, she and her husband have not withdrawn the counter-suit against the male singer. They will continue to pursue the lawsuit and affirm that they have done nothing wrong in this matter.
As for Dam Vinh Hung, the male singer continued to sue for compensation of 15 million USD after filing a request to withdraw the lawsuit on December 2, but then canceled it. Currently, Dam Vinh Hung has changed to a new lawyer to continue this compensation lawsuit.
