According to Decision No. 2559/QD-BVHTTDL, the Council for the assessment and classification of films on cyberspace for the 2025-2027 term is responsible for appraising and classifying films on cyberspace according to the provisions of Circular No. 05/2023/TTBVHTTDL dated April 5, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating criteria for film classification and displaying film classification levels and warnings.
The working council follows the regulations prescribed in Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 5, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the organization and operation of the Film Appraisal and Classification Council and receiving remuneration according to current regulations.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replacing Decision No. 2071/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 3, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the establishment of Council No. 1 for the appraisal and classification of films on cyberspace for the 2023 - 2025 term and Decision No. 2070/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 3, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the establishment of Council No. 2 for the appraisal and classification of films on cyberspace for the 2023 - 2025 term.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Cinema, the Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the individuals named in Article 1 to be responsible for implementing this Decision.
