Recently, Jihyo and Jeongyeon of TWICE group appeared on Seungkwan's YouTube program - a member of SEVENTEEN group. Here, the two female idols shared about a type of stage that they did not want to perform again in the concert, which is the 360-degree stage.
Jihyo frankly said that she does not want to experience this type of stage again. The reason is that when performing on a 360-degree stage, artists are almost always within the sights of the audience from all directions.

Maybe I will never perform at that kind of stage again. You can't even wipe your nose because everyone is watching," Jihyo shared. The female idol said that when performing, her body gets hot, making it easy for them to runny nose. At times, the members had to use paper towels while performing because the situation was too inconvenient.
Jeongyeon also added that this experience caused her to catch a cold. Listening to the sharing of the two TWICE members, Seungkwan agreed that if performing on a regular main stage, artists can still turn their backs or retreat into a separate space for a moment. However, with a 360-degree stage, there is almost no "behind".
Jihyo added that the audience continuously took photos from many angles. Jeongyeon also emphasized that all directions are seen by the audience, leaving the artists no space to adjust costumes or handle small situations during performances.
Besides, Jihyo mentioned the inconvenience related to stage costumes of female idols. According to her, female artists often wear tight or revealing outfits when performing. Therefore, whenever they need to adjust their costumes, they easily feel embarrassed because any action can be detected immediately by the audience.
After the sharing of Jihyo and Jeongyeon, many fans believe that TWICE members have made a lot of effort to bring a new experience to the audience. Although the 360-degree stage helps viewers have the opportunity to approach their idols from many angles, this is also a type of stage that puts artists under greater pressure than conventional performance forms.
