On May 17, Mr. Nguyen Bao Tuan - Director of Kim Lien Special National Relic Site - said that from May 17 to May 19, a virtual reality VR technology experience program called "Returning to the sacred moment" will take place at Kim Lien Relic Site.
The program is within the framework of the 2026 Sen Village Festival, open to the public, welcoming people and tourists to visit and experience in the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh.
According to the organizers, this is an activity applying modern technology in the field of culture and tourism, and also an emotional journey to bring participants back to the sacred historical moment of the nation - the day President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square on September 2, 1945, the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

Through VR virtual reality technology, people and tourists are immersed in a vivid historical space with realistic images and sounds, recreating important milestones of the nation. From the simple thatched roof in Uncle Ho's hometown to Ba Dinh Square in the historic autumn, each experience contributes to helping viewers understand more about the journey of struggle for independence and freedom of the Vietnamese nation.
The program is organized by Voice of Vietnam in coordination with Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, with the participation of accompanying units such as VTC News online newspaper and Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Besides VR experience, the program also has character transformation activities with CAM IP technology, helping participants immerse themselves in historical contexts, deeply feel the life, thoughts and aspirations of previous generations during the years of struggle for national independence.
In addition, visitors can participate in electronic souvenirs to record their feelings and thoughts after the experience journey. The organizers also presented souvenirs such as scarves, postcards and printed copies of the Declaration of Independence to some lucky guests.
The experience activity "Returning to the sacred moment" is expected to be a highlight in the 2026 Lang Sen Festival, contributing to spreading historical and cultural values and fostering national pride for people and tourists when returning to Uncle Ho's homeland.
