This Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition is by the author, calligrapher Tran Quoc Huy - Deputy Head of the Calligraphy Club of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace. Of the 40 calligraphy works on display this time, there are 23 calligraphy works written in Vietnamese, 17 calligraphy works written in Chinese characters with the content "Happy Spring, thanking the Party", "Hai Phong is loyal and determined to win", "Reunion Tet".
