Van Mai Huong, LyLy and rapper Phao shared the pressures when working with director Tran Thanh in the Tet movie "Thỏ ơi!!".

The artists shared about the process of working with director Tran Thanh" and the challenging filming process. According to them, the strictness in acting guidance and the requirements for true emotions from the male director have caused many people to fall into a state of tension, even bursting into tears during filming.

Van Mai Huong and LyLy - who are used to filming music videos, admit that cinema is a completely different experience. LyLy said that before she thought filming would be like MV, but when she participated, she realized that the process was much more complex, requiring acting and accurate emotional control. For Van Mai Huong, her debut film project brought many lessons and pressure for her, because Tran Thanh continuously demonstrated and contributed detailed ideas to help actors express their emotions most naturally.

Rapper Phao also had a memorable experience when he had to appear with many scenes of injuries and scuffles instead of the familiar neat image. The female artist shared that there were times when she could not sleep peacefully because of the pressure of the role, especially when having to portray the complex psychology of the character. Meanwhile, Vinh Dam - the new face of cinema said that filming one and the same scene many times made him stressed, but also helped him mature in acting.

Although he had previously collaborated with Tran Thanh, Quoc Anh still felt pressure when taking on a completely new image in the film. The actor said that not fully grasping the director's intentions sometimes made him worried, but the working process helped him better understand the character and how to build emotions.

Some other actors such as Quynh Anh Shyn, Ngoc Nguyen, Ngoc Hoa, Phap Kieu or Ali Hoang Duong shared that they were given a natural performance space when many scenes only had content instead of detailed scripts.

Speaking about the selection of the cast, director Tran Thanh said that he always wants to find new, young and potential faces. Although he once intended to limit working with amateur actors after the previous project, he still decided to invite many new faces for "Thỏ ơi!!" because he recognized their efforts and abilities. The male director assessed that LyLy is very persistent in each scene, Pháo has depth of soul suitable for the character, while Van Mai Huong shows potential for development in acting. For Vinh Dam, Tran Thanh said that the young actor has portrayed the image of a mature man with many hidden corners, exceeding initial expectations.

Sharing about his film career, Tran Thanh said that he always wants to explore new possibilities in acting and contribute to discovering potential faces for the market. According to him, each actor in "Thỏ ơi!!" has its own color but all connect in the common point of the story of love - something he hopes the audience will clearly feel when watching the movie.

Tho oi!!" belongs to the psychological - romantic genre, exploiting seemingly peaceful relationships in modern society, where characters have to face hurt, lies and truth in love and marriage.

Currently, as of the morning of February 23, the film has grossed nearly 250 billion VND. Besides many achievements, "Thỏ ơi!!" is facing many controversies because of its content. Many details are criticized for being confusing, unlogical, the film's color is not suitable for the Tet atmosphere, and the stars' acting is uneven...
