On the afternoon of January 29, female artist Viet Huong also directly spoke out about this issue.
According to the female artist's sharing, from about October 2024, some personal accounts and social networking channels on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok have continuously posted false content, using images and personal life information of Viet Huong with the aim of defaming prestige, distorting professional activities and negatively affecting personal image.
This information is spread with a high frequency, creating public opinion that is not true to the nature of the matter, causing serious damage to the honor and reputation of the female artist. Viet Huong said that the above content is completely unfounded, not stemming from any personal conflicts or disputes between her and the relevant channel owners.
Being attacked for a long time caused her to fall into a state of severe stress, directly affecting her health and spirit.
There were times when I had to be hospitalized for treatment because of exhaustion," Viet Huong shared.
Viet Huong has proactively collected evidence, made written records of posts showing signs of violation, and at the same time sent written petitions to functional agencies to request consideration and handling in accordance with the law.
The documents provided to the investigating agency include the content of articles, images, videos circulated on social networks, and data related to the posted account. The purpose of the denunciation is to clarify the identity of those behind the false information channels, determine legal responsibility, and prevent the continued spread of harmful content.
Viet Huong affirmed that she will continue to closely coordinate with functional agencies to clarify the case, hoping that all information will be processed transparently, in accordance with the law and end the situation of infringing on the privacy of individuals in the digital environment.
