On the evening of September 2nd, thousands of people and tourists gathered in the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street area (Hanoi) to wait for the fireworks display to celebrate the 81st National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
At exactly 9 pm, the artistic fireworks display began, lighting up the sky in the Hoan Kiem Lake area. In about 15 minutes, from 9 pm to 9:15 pm, brilliant fireworks continuously bloomed, creating a shimmering space, attracting the attention of a large number of people and tourists.

Before the fireworks display time, the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake such as Dinh Tien Hoang, Trang Tien, Hang Khay and the pedestrian street area were crowded. Many families, groups of young people and international tourists chose positions early to be convenient to watch the performance.

When the first fireworks appeared in the sky, cheers and applause rang out throughout the area. Many people used phones to record special moments on National Day.
The 15-minute fireworks display not only brought a vibrant atmosphere to Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street but also became a highlight in the series of activities to celebrate National Day September 2nd in the Capital.



In the red color of flags and flowers and the bright light in the sky, people together enjoyed a memorable festival night in the center of Hanoi.

Besides the fireworks display, the art program "Hanoi - Independent Autumn" also brought an emotional art space, attracting the attention of a large number of people in the Capital.
The program is divided into three chapters with continuous emotional flows, recreating the historical journey, cultural beauty and aspiration for development of Hanoi through music, traditional art and special performances.

Opening is Chapter I with heroic songs associated with the Revolutionary Autumn and historical milestones of the nation such as "August 19," "Hanoians", "Coming to Hanoi", "Hanoi - A Pink Heart"... Familiar melodies performed by People's Artist Tan Minh, People's Artist Thanh Loan, singer Khanh Linh and the collective of artists and dance troupe, creating a solemn and proud atmosphere.
Continuing the program, Chapter II - Thang Long Imprint takes the audience back to the thousand-year cultural space of the capital land. The performances contribute to honoring traditional artistic values, while depicting a Hanoi that is both ancient and vibrant.

Closing the program is Chapter III - Hanoi - Belief and Hope, with a series of songs with a youthful, modern and future-oriented spirit such as Hanoi - Belief and Hope, Hanoi - Works, Flag, Hello Hanoi of the Future, Spacious New Road.
The combination of generations of artists, melodies that have stood the test of time, and elaborately staged art performances created an emotional night.

The program not only recreates the historical imprints of Hanoi but also spreads love for the homeland, national pride and belief in a constantly developing Capital.
A large number of Hanoi people were present to enjoy the program, immersing themselves in the vibrant artistic atmosphere and brilliant fireworks display on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day 2/9.
