"The extra bonus is good, but waiting for the grouper at the beach adds to the Tet atmosphere. This is also to support fishermen in aquaculture" - a worker at Hon Gai Coal Selection Company said.
Fish from the truck are put into boxes to be carried to the middle of the open space and put into bags to distribute to workers.

Hon Gai Coal Selection Company is a unit with a tradition of giving grouper to employees for Tet, in addition to Tet bonus (each person will receive a bonus of 10 million VND on Tet 2025) and other gifts.
Currently, this company has about 1,240 staff, workers, and laborers. Thus, this Tet, the company bought about 1,240 grouper fish for employees, equivalent to about 5 tons of grouper fish.
Last year on the occasion of Lunar New Year, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company, Cam Pha City also gave gifts of grouper to workers, but this year it has temporarily stopped.
