In addition to protecting and cleaning, skin care from the inside cannot be ignored. Drinking enough water helps the skin maintain moisture and elasticity. A healthy diet rich in vitamins A, C, and E from green vegetables and fruits will support skin cell regeneration, helping the skin become healthier.

Sleep also helps the skin have time to recover from negative environmental impacts if it sleeps enough and well.

Even if they have to work outdoors with many difficulties, workers can still have smooth skin if they know how to combine protection, cleansing and proper skin care. Skin care not only helps improve appearance but also contributes to improving health and quality of life.
