At the same time, he wished fishermen to make efforts to overcome damage and stabilize their lives to continue going offshore and sticking to the sea.
Previously, at about 9:30 pm on April 11, 2026, fishing boat QNg-55376-TS of Mr. Vo Thanh Phan, while anchored in the sea area of Phuoc Thien village, Van Tuong commune, suddenly caught fire fiercely. Although functional forces and local people urgently coordinated to fight the fire, due to the large fire, the fishing boat and many fishing gear were completely burned down, with estimated damage of nearly 1 billion VND.
