Notably, the rate of workers returning to work is quite high. Thereby creating favorable conditions for businesses to stabilize production and business in the first days of the year.
Immediately after returning to operation, many businesses in Binh Duong will continue to recruit workers to expand production or make up for the number of workers who quit their jobs.
Mr. Pham Van Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province said that it is forecasted that in the first 6 months of 2025, the province needs 30,000 to 38,000 workers (mainly unskilled workers and skilled workers accounting for 75%). Some fields recruit many workers such as: sewing, shoes, wood, food, mechanics, chemicals, etc.
According to records, in industrial parks, many enterprises are recruiting a large number of workers to meet production needs.
In My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park (Thoi Hoa Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province), there are about 30 enterprises hanging the labor recruitment table in front of the company.
Notably, on DE 4 Street, there is a sofa manufacturing company with a sign to recruit more than 3,000 workers to meet the production expansion needs. Of which, 2,000 general workers, 1,000 sewing and leather packaging workers are recruited, 100 office workers are recruited.
Also at My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, on DE 3 Street, there is a business with a sign to recruit 500 garment workers, chairs, and wood cutters.
On Dong An 2 Industrial Park Road D1 (Thu Dau Mot City), a company also posted a sign to recruit 500 workers to assemble electronic components and package components.
On Dai Dang 2 Street, Dai Dang Industrial Park (Thu Dau Mot City), there are enterprises recruiting nearly 1,000 workers after Tet. When entering the company, workers will be trained in areas such as sewing, processing, cutting, embroidering, and formation.
According to records, there are still few workers looking for jobs. According to forecasts, after February 10, workers in the provinces will flock to Binh Duong to find more jobs.
