On February 5, the Trade Union of Kim Xuong Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (Dai Dang 2 Street, Dai Dang Industrial Park, Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province) said that the enterprise is currently recruiting nearly 1,000 workers after Tet.
Of which, Kim Xuong Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. is recruiting 950 unskilled workers. When entering the company, workers will be trained in areas such as sewing, processing, cutting, embroidering, and formation.
The company also recruited 30 workers working in the sewing line (tailor 1 whole needle in the shoe), formed the tip of the nose or worked as a sample shoe room staff.
The basic salary that employees receive each month is 5.57 million VND. The company supported 100,000 VND in diligence, 750,000 VND in household currency, from 500,000 VND to 2 million VND in technical allowances.
The total monthly income includes overtime from 9 million VND to 12 million VND.
Employees can fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and annual leave according to regulations.
In addition, workers who join the union enjoy welfare such as: travel, Tet gifts, birthday gifts, maternity benefits, hospitalizations, and support for donation in difficult circumstances.
The Trade Union of Kim Xuong Vietnam Shoes Company Limited said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the company gives Tet bonuses to employees who have worked for 12 months equal to 1 month of basic salary for seniority and position. If they do not work for 12 months, then the actual number of months will be calculated. On the first day of work in the new year, all workers received lucky money.
