On August 31, the leader of Gia Hiep commune (Lam Dong province) said that a large explosion suspected to be caused by homemade fireworks had just occurred in the commune.

Information from the leader of Gia Hiep Gia commune, the above explosion occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on August 30 in a level 4 house in Phu Hiep 3 village. This house is owned by Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu's family and is being rented.
