Implemented since 2022, "Dream Trip" has become an annual activity of Vietnam Airlines and partners. Through 4 seasons of organization, the program has brought more than 400 children with special circumstances from all over the country to participate in experiential journeys in Nha Trang, Vung Tau and Da Nang. Entering its 5th year, the program has chosen the Hanoi - Hai Phong trip with many activities combining education, experience and skill development.

The activity contributed to fostering love for the homeland and country, while also arousing the spirit of overcoming difficulties, learning and training awareness in each child.

After that, students experience reality at the aircraft maintenance facility of VAECO, a member unit of Vietnam Airlines. Through visiting and interacting with engineers and technicians, students have the opportunity to learn about the jobs behind each safe flight, and at the same time access the actual professional environment in the aviation industry. This is also an opportunity for students to broaden their understanding, nurture dreams and shape choices for the future.
