Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee, Hung Yen province has just organized the payment of compensation and site clearance support for 12 households in Nhan Ly and Nhan Vu villages, with a total amount of over 3.1 billion VND, serving the Project to build DT. 376B road (the section connecting National Highway 39 with DT. 386C).
The DT. 376B project is a key traffic project, of great significance to the socio-economic development of the locality. After completion, the road will strengthen traffic connectivity, shorten travel time, promote goods circulation, and at the same time open up opportunities to attract investment in the fields of industry, trade and services, contributing to improving people's lives.
To ensure the project implementation progress, land recovery, compensation and site clearance support are carried out by the commune government and professional departments, especially the Economic Department and the Construction Investment Management Board of Nguyen Trai commune, seriously and in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring publicity, transparency, democracy and the right subjects.
At the payment session, many households expressed their excitement about the project investment policy, and highly appreciated the process of inventorying, confirming the origin of land and developing compensation plans that were carried out objectively and clearly. Households also expressed their consensus, ready to hand over land on schedule.
Some households hope that the remaining families within the project area will continue to agree, soon receive compensation money and hand over the site, contributing to accelerating the construction progress of the project.
The consensus of the people of Nguyen Trai commune in site clearance is considered an important factor, contributing to realizing DT. 376B road, opening up new development space and promoting rapid and sustainable local socio-economic development.
