On May 26, the People's Committee of Nhon Trach ward just publicly posted the compensation, support, and resettlement plan of households whose land was recovered under the project to upgrade and expand Ton Duc Thang street (25B old) section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51.
According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Nhon Trach Branch, the total area of the entire route is 85.5 ha with 230 cases. In phase 6, functional agencies recovered 2,631 m2 of land with 15 cases, with a compensation value of more than 12 billion VND.
The project to upgrade and expand Ton Duc Thang road (25B old) section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51, more than 9 km long, with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, started in December 2024.
On April 21, 2026, the Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee inspected the reality and worked with localities on the progress of site clearance and construction of road 25B and 25C projects. These are 2 key projects of the city to serve connectivity with Long Thanh airport.
Dong Nai City People's Committee requests to complete the construction of these 2 projects in June 2026.
