Specifically, in Van Ho commune, the section Km175+180 - Km175+810 dismantled the no-overtaking sign for all types of vehicles. The section Km176+900 - Km180+230 regulates a speed of 60 km/h for trucks and passenger cars in the direction of Hanoi - Son La.

In Moc Chau ward, the section Km194+300 - Km202+300 adjusts the speed to 60 km/h for trucks and passenger cars in both directions. Sections Km195+080 - Km195+120 have removed no overtaking signs; Km195+690 - Km195+880, Km196+420 - Km197+480, Km199+670 - Km200+340 and Km200+740 - Km201+170 prohibit overtaking for trucks and passenger cars.
In Chieng Hac and Yen Chau communes, the sections Km219+400 - Km233+700 and Km235+800 - Km238+210 stipulate a speed of 60 km/h for passenger cars in both directions. The section Km221+700 - Km225+200 adds a speed of 50 km/h for trucks and passenger cars in both directions.
The section Km253+190 - Km254+890 in Yen Chau commune has the no-passing area narrowed, only from Km253+190 - Km254+300, about 1.1 km long.
In Mai Son commune, section Km263+000 - Km276+100 narrows the range to R.420 to Km269+500 - Km276+100. Section Km263+000 - Km269+500 adds a speed of 50 km/h for two-way trucks and passenger cars.
In Chieng Mung commune, the section Km282+400 - Km283+900 narrows the scope to Km282+400 - Km283+400, and at the same time stipulates a speed of 50 km/h for trucks and passenger cars from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The section Km286+600 - Km288+300 maintains the scope, applying a speed of 50 km/h for trucks and passenger cars during the above time frame.
