According to the list announced by Yen My Grassroots Social Insurance (Hung Yen province), 157 units have late payment and evasion of social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN) with different times and amounts of late payment.
Notably, many units are late in payment for decades, even more than 100 months. Among them, Hung Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company in Tu Duong village, Yen My commune has a late payment period of 170 months, with an amount of more than 410.6 million VND.
Megastar Mechanical & Construction One Member Limited Liability Company on road 39A, Yen My commune is 156 months late in payment, the amount is more than 52.7 million VND. Dai Doan Ket Vien Dong Development Joint Stock Company - Hung Yen Branch in Dong Tao Dong village, Hoan Long commune is 142 months late in payment, the amount is more than 32 million VND.
Some other units also had a late payment period of over 100 months such as Hoa Binh Trading and Production Co., Ltd. in Yen Phu village, Nguyen Van Linh commune, with 120 months and an amount of over 6.326 billion VND; Vietnam Technology - Service Investment and Development Co., Ltd. late payment 118 months, over 47 million VND; Truong An Transport Tourism Joint Stock Company late payment 111 months, over 254.5 million VND.
Regarding the amount of late payment, Dong Phong Automobile Co., Ltd. in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, National Highway 5, Nguyen Van Linh commune, topped the list with more than 12.9 billion VND, equivalent to 110 months of late payment for 10 workers.
Next is Hoa Binh Trading and Production Co., Ltd. with more than 6.326 billion VND; AOCC Vietnam Co., Ltd. at Km7, National Highway 39A, Yen My commune with more than 2.604 billion VND, late payment for 3 months for 451 workers.
Viet Hung Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company in Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park has a late payment amount of more than 2.466 billion VND, in a period of 15 months, related to 104 employees. Hoang Nam Cuu Long Joint Stock Company has a late payment of more than 1.614 billion VND in 107 months.
The list also records Nam Hong Co., Ltd. for late payment of more than 1.495 billion VND in 94 months; B & L Trading and Production Co., Ltd. for late payment of more than 573.3 million VND in 3 months for 110 employees; Gia Phong Trading & Sx Co., Ltd. for late payment of more than 538.1 million VND in 52 months.
Besides businesses, the public list also includes business households. Some cases have a late payment period of 3-8 months, with amounts from several million VND.
The list of 157 units is made public to provide information on the situation of late payment and evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as of the end of August 2026, which shows the name of the unit, unit code, address, number of employees, amount of late payment and time of late payment.
