On January 25, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just issued an official dispatch on urgently and seriously implementing the conclusion of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc on solving difficulties and obstacles for the Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park projects.
Previously, on January 13, Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired a working session with the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies to listen to reports and direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the above 3 industrial park projects.
Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc concluded that regarding the preparation for the commencement of industrial park projects, the Management Boards of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones shall preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to ensure that conditions are met for the commencement of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park on March 1, 2026; Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) on March 15, 2026; Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park on March 30, 2026.
Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes) with an area of 1,000 hectares is located at the gateway to Long Thanh airport, with convenient connection to Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51, Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water seaport.
Also located next to Long Thanh airport, Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park phase 1 (in Xuan Que commune) with an area of 1,000 hectares, connecting Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway and provincial road 770B, provincial road 769E and Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City...
In addition, Long Duc 3 industrial park is planned for more than 244 hectares in Binh An and Long Thanh communes, Dong Nai province.
In Dong Nai province, 58 industrial parks have been established and Hoa Lu Economic Zone has been established in phase 1; 1 high-tech zone has been partially established. Of which 43 industrial parks are operating; 15 industrial parks have been established but have not yet operated. The total number of workers in industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech zones is about 680,000 workers.
