On January 22, the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province received and is processing dossiers proposing investment policies for the Long Binh Industrial Park (Amata) phase IIIB project.
Long Binh Industrial Park (Amata) phase IIIB project invested by Amata Bien Hoa Urban Joint Stock Company in Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province with a land use area of 26.72 ha, project operating term of 50 years from September 9, 2011.
Regarding progress, the project completed legal procedures for investment in the first quarter of 2026; Completed procedures for land lease, land handover and commencement of construction in the second quarter of 2026; Completed construction of infrastructure items and put the project into operation in the fourth quarter of 2026.
According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province, the project section with an area of 26.72 ha mentioned above is an extension of the existing Amata Industrial Park. When implementing this project section, it will connect and share technical infrastructure with the existing Amata Industrial Park.
According to Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, in Dong Nai province, 58 industrial parks have been established and Hoa Lu Economic Zone has been established in phase 1; 1 high-tech zone has been partially established. Of which 43 industrial parks are operating; 15 industrial parks have been established but have not yet operated. The total number of workers in industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech zones is about 680,000 workers.
