Accordingly, the Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project (phase 1) has 95.33% of the site clearance; the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project has 98% of the site clearance; the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway expansion project has 97% of the site clearance.
The Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project is the first section of the Dau Giay - Lien Khuong expressway, with a total length of more than 63km, passing through 8 communes and wards in Dong Nai City, recovering a land area of more than 390ha. The project is expected to be completed in August 2027.
The investment project to build the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway has a total length of about 52km, of which the section passing through Dong Nai City is about 6.6km long, expected to be basically completed in 2026 and put into operation in 2027.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway expansion project is nearly 22 km long, of which the section passing through Dong Nai City is 13 km long, recovering land of more than 4 hectares, with 417 land plots in Nhon Trach ward, Long Thanh ward and An Phuoc commune. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, especially Long Thanh bridge, the main bridge is expected to be joined in December 2026 and the remaining items will be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
In addition, the project to upgrade road 25B section from Nhon Trach District Center to National Highway 51 has a site clearance of 98.51%. This project connects Ho Chi Minh City with Long Thanh airport with a length of more than 9.2km, started in December 2024, with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND and is being expanded to 10 lanes. Dong Nai City People's Committee requested Nhon Trach and Long Thanh wards to soon hand over the entire site to complete the road 25B project and put it into operation at the end of 2026.
