On September 12, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai City publicly posted the expected compensation plan for the Project to Upgrade and Expand Road 769 (phase 7).
Accordingly, this phase has a total of 39 cases of recovery with an area of more than 6,400m2, with a total compensation value of nearly 39 billion VND.
Previously, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee also publicly announced the expected compensation plan (phase 6) with a total of 61 cases/9.805.2 m2; the total value of the compensation and support plan is more than 35.5 billion VND.
The project has a total land acquisition area of about 135.5 ha in 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An and Long Thanh.
As of the end of July 2026, the Project to upgrade and expand road 769, the handed over site is more than 56ha, reaching more than 41% of the total area.
On July 10, the Project to Upgrade and Expand Road 769 was started construction, the project is nearly 30 km long, starting point intersecting with National Highway 1 at Dau Giay intersection, Dau Giay ward, Dong Nai city; ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 at Loc An intersection, Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city. After starting construction, contractors mobilized machinery and equipment to build camps, operating houses and clear ground, and construct the roadbed.
