On September 15, according to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper at the construction site of the Nguyen Huu Canh Avenue Investment Project, many personnel and machinery are being mobilized to organize construction.
The Nguyen Huu Canh Avenue investment project is about 15.5km long. The starting point of the route intersects with National Highway 51, belonging to Long Hung ward and the ending point intersects with the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway belonging to An Phuoc commune, the road boundary is 60m wide with a scale of 8 complete lanes.
The section from Vam Cai Sut bridge to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, about 7.5km long, is newly invested in according to the plan.
This is one of many key projects of Dong Nai City to embellish the city along the Dong Nai River and contribute to removing traffic infrastructure bottlenecks in the above area.
The project has a total investment of more than 4,600 billion VND invested by Donacoop Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project is divided into 3 sections.
Section 1 from National Highway 51 to An Hoa 2 bridge with a length of nearly 2km, synchronously invested with a 6-lane main road surface scale, complete parallel road system, drainage, green trees and lighting.
Section 2 from An Hoa 2 bridge to Vam Cai Sut bridge with a length of about 6.2km.
Section 3 from Vam Cai Sut bridge to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway is newly invested synchronously with a similar scale of about 7.5km, ensuring smooth connection throughout the route.
This is a traffic axis connecting National Highway 51 with the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, forming a traffic axis connecting urban areas along the Dong Nai River, synchronous and modern, associated with urban embellishment and urban space development.

An Phuoc commune, Dong Nai city is where the Nguyen Huu Canh Avenue project has nearly 50% of the road length passing through. An Phuoc commune must recover land for about 6.9km, with a total area of more than 38ha and about 150 cases. Up to now, An Phuoc Commune People's Committee has developed a compensation and support plan for 100% of cases; mobilized people to hand over land reaching more than 84% of the total area.
