According to the decision, the inspection team will work with 3 departments including the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction and the Department of Health. At the commune level, the subjects of inspection are the People's Committees of Dong Kinh, Ky Lua, Tam Thanh, Luong Van Tri wards and Huu Lung, Tan Tri, Na Sam, Bac Son communes.
The content of the inspection focuses on the implementation of state management responsibilities for handling administrative violations and inspection of sanctioning records under the authority of directors of departments, chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards.
For departments, the inspection team will work directly at the agency headquarters.
At the commune level, depending on the number and nature of the dossier, the delegation can inspect locally or request to collect the dossier to the Department of Justice. In necessary cases, the delegation will conduct actual inspections at the place where the administrative violation occurred.
According to the plan, the inspection must be completed before November 1, 2020. Data for the inspection is taken from July 1, 2025 to the end of September 30, 2026.
The inter-sectoral inspection team has the task of collecting and reviewing dossiers of administrative violations; issuing notices, inspection conclusions and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on implementation results, and at the same time monitoring the remedy of existing problems after inspection.
Agencies and localities inspected are responsible for preparing reports, providing dossiers, documents, explaining related contents and fully implementing the conclusions of the inspection team.
The implementation cost is allocated from the state budget allocated to the Department of Justice to implement the management of law enforcement on handling administrative violations in 2026.
