Pursuant to the Official Dispatch of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union on mobilizing and connecting to adopt orphans due to super typhoon No. 3, after reviewing and making a list, the Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union has issued a document directing its affiliated units to report to the Party Committee and authorities to propagate, mobilize, and connect groups, individuals, and philanthropists to care, share, support, and adopt children directly or indirectly.
The call for mobilization and connection aims to help orphans receive early sponsorship, create a source of love and encouragement for them and their families to reduce difficulties, overcome pain and rise up in life.
