On the morning of January 1, the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board held a ceremony to welcome the first visitors to the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park World Natural Heritage in 2025. This is one of the activities in a series of events to promote the image and tourism in the whole Quang Binh province.
On this occasion, there were 68 visitors coming to visit, including 36 international visitors from Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Canada, UK and 32 domestic visitors from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Nghe An.
Tourists were given flowers and lucky money when visiting Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park this year.
The group chose to join the route connecting Phong Nha Cave - Song Chay, Dark Cave by river.
Tourists will experience a cruise on the Son River and Chay River, learn about the peaceful and rustic life of the local people, admire Phong Nha - "The first wonder of the cave", zipline, SUP/kayak, slide, Sasuke bridge jumping, various inflatable games on the river... and receive special gifts from Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center in early spring.
Mr. Pham Hong Thai - Director of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board said that this is an activity demonstrating the friendly and hospitable culture and is also the first activity in a series of tourism stimulus programs, aiming to attract domestic and foreign tourists to Phong Nha - Ke Bang in 2025.
At the same time, he sent New Year wishes to tourists, hoping that they will have memorable trips, with interesting experiences at the heritage's attractions. Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board is committed to doing its best to bring the best to tourists.
