On August 27, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province organized the payment of compensation and support for site clearance for the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region Construction Investment Project, the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway section.
The project of the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway through Hoan Long commune has an area of about 7.1ha, related to land acquisition from more than 100 households and individuals.
In this phase, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Hoan Long commune implemented compensation and support payments for 87 households, with an area of about 3.1ha, belonging to 4 villages: Oc Nhieu, Dai Hanh, Ngan Hanh and Chan Dong. Total payment cost is more than 16 billion VND.
Payment work is carried out publicly, transparently, in the correct order and regulations, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of people whose land is recovered.
On the same day, the Hoan Long Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board organized a survey of people in Dai Hanh village on adjusting the detailed plan at the new 7.4ha residential area of Dai Hanh village, in which it proposed adjusting the land use function from the cultural house to the kindergarten.
