According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, currently, along the beach from Hai Son village to Truong Giang, Hoang Truong commune (Hoang Hoa district), there are dozens of locations and spontaneous business tents right on the sandbank.

Most of the tents and business locations are located right in front of Flamingo Linh Truong Eco-tourism and Resort. These tents are divided into rooms, paved with carpets, and arranged with wooden planks to set up tables and chairs, serving tourists to eat and drink.
In addition, many equipment and tools are gathered on the sandbank to serve business. Even in the area near the sea dike, households use corrugated iron to makeamuses (freshwater baths) to serve tourists, looking quite shabby.
According to some residents, the encroachment of many households to the beach area has occurred in the past time, after the number of tourists flocking to Flamingo Linh Truong Eco-tourism and Resort Area increased sharply, especially in the afternoons and evenings.

On weekends, tourists flock here in large numbers. It is necessary to have a spacious beach space for walking, however, the tents are set up almost in the sand area, making the atmosphere more mysterious and chaotic" - a local shared.
Talking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district confirmed that currently at the beach, in front of Flamingo Linh Truong Eco-tourism and Resort, there are cases of illegal encroachment on sidewalks, sandbanks, and beaches to arbitrarily build tents and shops.

"There are more than 30 cases of setting up a shack tent, occupying the coast and sand. Facing the above situation, the District People's Committee has requested functional departments and relevant agencies and Hoang Truong Commune People's Committee to proceed to clear and dismantle for cases of illegal occupation and use of beaches.
