The People's Committee of Van Giang commune, Hung Yen province, has just organized a conference to deploy the land recovery and site clearance plan to households with land located within the scope of component project 3 - investing in the construction of a highway in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), belonging to the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region investment project.
Accordingly, Component Project 3 is being implemented in Van Giang commune at key locations, including the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and the overpass item across DT. 377. These are important locations in forming a continuous connecting axis between the national expressway system and the regional transport network.
The project items are designed synchronously and modernly, aiming to ensure long-term exploitation, traffic safety, and at the same time strengthen regional connectivity, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the locality in the coming period.
People have been fully informed about the project scale, related legal regulations, as well as compensation, support and resettlement policies when the State recovers land. Information disclosure is carried out to help people understand the policy, rights and responsibilities in the project implementation process.
The majority of households expressed their agreement and high consensus with the policy of project implementation. Some opinions and recommendations related to the level of compensation and support for land and assets on land have also been received and explained by specialized agencies in accordance with current regulations, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights of the people.
Leaders of Van Giang commune have requested specialized agencies and units performing site clearance tasks to continue to closely coordinate in the implementation process; fully and in accordance with regulations implement compensation and support policies, ensure publicity, transparency and the rights of people whose land is recovered.
At the same time, it is proposed that the Party Committee, government and mass organizations of Vinh Loc village continue to promote propaganda and mobilize people to agree and support the policy of project implementation. The timely grasp of people's thoughts and aspirations is emphasized in order to proactively coordinate to solve difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of implementing site clearance work.
Van Giang Commune People's Committee affirmed that it will carry out site clearance according to the principles of publicity, transparency, democracy, and in accordance with the law; and at the same time listen to, absorb and promptly resolve the legitimate opinions and recommendations of the people, contributing to accelerating the project implementation progress according to the set plan.
