On January 12, the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Provincial Police said that it had just coordinated with professional units in the province and forces under the Traffic Police Department, Loc An Commune Police (Hue City), Tuy Phuoc Commune Police (Gia Lai province) to promptly detect and arrest dangerous wanted subject Huynh Ngoc Thanh (born 1987, residing in Phu My 1 village, Tuy Phuoc commune, Gia Lai province).
Previously, Huynh Ngoc Thanh was wanted by the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Provincial Police for violating regulations on road traffic participation under Clause 1, Article 260 of the Penal Code. After committing the crime, the subject left the locality and fled from December 2, 2025.
After being arrested in Tuy Phuoc commune, Gia Lai province, Huynh Ngoc Thanh was transferred to Quang Tri Provincial Police for further investigation and handling according to regulations.
