The project has its starting point adjacent to Huong Lo 10 road (Phuoc An commune), and its ending point adjacent to National Highway 51 (Long Phuoc commune), building Ba Ky bridge on the main road. The project started construction in December 2024 and has a completion time according to the February 2026 contract.
Assessing the progress of site clearance, according to the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, for Phuoc An commune, the site handover progress is very slow due to obstacles in approving crop compensation and support policies, so it is impossible to complete the project according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee. For Long Phuoc commune, so far the site has not been handed over, so it is impossible to complete the project according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board also said: Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, which includes the content of completing technical traffic opening before March 2026, the Board has directed the contractor to accelerate construction.
However, the area so far allocated has only reached about 2,000 m2/270,000 m2 (reaching 0.74%), so the contractor can only construct precast component items..., making it difficult to complete the technical opening of the project before March 2026.
The Provincial Road 25C construction project from Huong Lo 19 to National Highway 51 (phase 1) and the Road 25B upgrade project from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51 are projects implemented by Dong Nai with the aim of connecting traffic from Long Thanh airport to Ho Chi Minh City.
