On June 23, people in Ngu Thien commune, Hung Yen province discovered a baby abandoned in the Bui village cultural house area.
Through initial inspection, the baby weighed about 3kg and was a baby girl.
At the time of discovery, the baby was lying in a blue basket, accompanied by a few items and a box of milk along with a handwritten letter. The letter wrote: "Due to circumstances, I cannot raise the baby. Whoever is lucky enough to pick up the baby, please take care of him. I thank you".
Currently, Ngu Thien Commune Police are coordinating with functional units to take care of the baby. At the same time, Ngu Thien Commune People's Committee issued a notice to find relatives for the baby. Within 7 days, if the baby's parents do not come to pick up the child, the locality will carry out procedures according to regulations.
