On June 23, the Enforcement Board implementing the decision to recover land in Vu Phuc ward, Hung Yen province, organized enforced land recovery to implement the Phuc Khanh traffic intersection project in residential group No. 1, Vu Phuc ward.
According to the plan, functional agencies will organize the forced recovery of 4 land plots of 3 households and individuals who have not complied with the handover of land to implement the project. The total recovered area is 185.1m2, including 151.1m2 of legally used land and 34m2 of land encroaching on irrigation corridors, traffic corridors and market areas. The forced recovery aims to clear the ground and hand over land to Land Fund Development Center No. 2 to implement the project according to schedule.
Before organizing the coercion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vu Phuc ward, the Ward People's Committee, the Coercion Board, the Land Fund Development Center No. 2 and relevant agencies and units have repeatedly organized propaganda, mobilization, dialogue, explanation of compensation and support regimes and policies and answered petitions of households in accordance with the law. At the same time, the Coercion Board has notified and requested households and individuals to voluntarily move assets and hand over land before June 22. However, by the time of organizing the coercion, the above cases had not yet complied.
The coercion process is implemented in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law, ensuring publicity, democracy, objectivity, safety and maintaining political security, social order and safety in the area.
