At noon on June 15, in the Doan Ket slope area, Vinh Hung Street (Vinh Hung Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), a serious traffic accident occurred, seriously injuring a 5-year-old boy in critical condition.
According to initial information, at the time of the incident, the child was taking a taxi with his family. When the bus stopped to return to the passenger near the house, the child had just gotten off and suddenly ran across the road. At that moment, a truck rushed forward and hit the child.
The strong collision caused the child to be seriously injured. Immediately afterwards, the family and local people quickly took the child to the hospital in critical condition and reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the police force promptly arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
Talking to reporters, the leader of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee confirmed the incident and said that the child was being actively treated. The victim's health condition as well as the specific cause of the incident are currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
