At this time, the man in the black car called the car owner to drive away, but the car owner, the man, did not drive the car to avoid the road but went home and drove another car with license plate 38A-258.63 parked behind him, causing the man in the black car to fall into a "dilemma", neither moving forward nor reversing.
Even more frustrating, the unconsciously parked man obstructing traffic also said that his house has 5-6 cars and he likes to park until evening, until tomorrow, anyone who wants to pass by can lift the car to avoid it. This person also affirmed that he knows all the police.
The incident was reported to Tran Phu Ward Police, when the police arrived at the scene and asked the man to drive away, this person drove away.
Images and videos posted on Facebook attracted many people's attention, most of which expressed frustration when car owners parked their cars unconsciously obstructing traffic and also challenging them, which is very reprehensible and needs to be strictly handled for deterrence.
On the morning of February 19, a leader of Tran Phu ward confirmed that there was an incident of a man residing in the ward parking a car obstructing traffic as in the video posted on Facebook, currently the ward police are in the process of handling it.
