Accordingly, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested Project Management Board 2, 85 (investor) to coordinate with the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and related localities to fully prepare documents on changing forest use purposes, documents on site clearance markers (GPMB), and set up field GPMB markers for the forest area implementing the project of the National Assembly Standing Committee, to hand over to the locality for implementation immediately after being approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Project Management Board 85 urgently handed over additional land acquisition and clearance markers to the People's Committee of Phu Cat district and An Nhon town to build residential roads, drainage culverts and a return canal system to serve agricultural production for localities, to implement compensation and land acquisition work.
In addition, the current traffic of vehicles transporting construction materials for the expressway has caused severe damage to local roads, so the Project Management Board 2 and 85 are required to direct relevant units to promptly carry out repairs, ensure traffic safety, security and order in the locality; propose a plan to remedy and repair to restore the current status to serve the travel needs of the people.
The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant localities to actively propagate and mobilize people to understand, share and support to ensure the project's construction progress.
Urgently complete documents and promptly organize construction protection for households that have handed over the site, but have family disputes, are waiting for court settlement, and have obstructed construction.
Coordinate work to agree on a plan to restore the infrastructure of locally managed roads damaged during project construction.
