Da Nang - The City Military Command visits, encourages and provides support to two families whose relatives were injured in the landslide in Put village, Hung Son commune.

On January 8, the Da Nang City Military Command said that a delegation led by Colonel Tran Huu Ich - Commander of the City Military Command visited, encouraged and provided nearly 350 million VND in support to two families whose relatives were victims of a serious landslide in Put village, Hung Son commune.

At the families heavily damaged by natural disasters, Colonel Tran Huu Ich cordially inquired and shared deeply about the great losses; and at the same time encouraged the relatives of the victims to suppress their grief, soon stabilize their spirits, gradually overcome difficulties, and stabilize their lives.

The support amount of nearly 350 million VND including savings books and cash was handed directly to families by Thien Tam Fund, Vingroup Group, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the contributions of officers and soldiers of the Da Nang City Military Command jointly supporting.

This is not only timely material assistance but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, deeply expressing the loyalty between the army and the people, the spirit of responsibility and the tradition of "mutual affection" for people in disaster-stricken areas.

In all situations, especially when people encounter disasters due to natural disasters, the city's armed forces always clearly define their responsibilities, are ready to be present in time, support people with specific and practical actions; and at the same time continue to coordinate with Party committees and local authorities to monitor and firmly grasp the situation, and promptly advise on long-term support solutions," Colonel Tran Huu Ich emphasized.

Touched by the concern and sharing of the working delegation, representatives of the families expressed their deep gratitude to the leaders of the City Military Command and their companion units for promptly encouraging and supporting them. This is a valuable source of motivation to help families have more faith and will to overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
