On November 25, the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Do Dinh Chu to the position of Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ngo Hanh Phuc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Department 15) announced Decision No. 388/QD-VKSTC dated November 21, 2025.
According to the decision, Mr. Do Dinh Chu - Senior Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Phu Tho province - was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Lao Cai province.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Senior Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of Phu Tho Provincial People's Procuracy.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Do Dinh Chu thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and the support of colleagues in the two provinces of Phu Tho and Lao Cai.
The new Director affirmed that he will strive to train and maintain the qualities of prosecutors, build a united and strong Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy; contribute to ensuring political security, social order and safety in the area.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and agencies and departments of Lao Cai presented flowers to congratulate the two comrades on their transfer and appointment.
