On November 3, the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision to appoint the position of Deputy Director of the Hanoi People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the Decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of Ms. Le Thi Thu Nguyet - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Region 2, Hanoi City to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Hanoi People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from November 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy presented the Decision on appointment and congratulated the new Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Hanoi People's Procuracy Le Thi Thu Nguyet.
Mr. Giang suggested that Ms. Nguyet, in her new position, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, political courage, and responsibility of the leaders; always set an example, preserve the moral qualities of the Procuracy officers; together with the Party Committee and the leadership of the Hanoi People's Procuracy, build a clean and strong unit, excellently complete all assigned tasks in the context of the Procuracy sector promoting judicial reform and digital transformation.
Receiving the decision, Ms. Nguyet affirmed that she will always maintain the spirit of solidarity, strive, practice political courage and professional ethics; continue to learn and innovate leadership and management methods, and work with the Hanoi People's Procuracy to successfully complete assigned political tasks.
Also this week, on November 5, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision to appoint leaders at the department level and the People's Procuracy of the Region.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Hung - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Chief Justice of the City People's Procuracy on personnel work.
Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Minh - Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy was transferred to work and hold the position of Head of the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement and Commercial Business of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy from November 1, 2025, for a term of 5 years;
Appointed Ms. Dong Thi Hien - Deputy Chief of Office to the position of Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy, the appointment term is 5 years from the date of signing;
Appointed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Head of the Department of Detention and Criminal Enforcement to hold the position of Head of the Department of Detention and Criminal Enforcement of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy, the appointment term is 5 years from the date of signing;
Transfer and appoint Ms. Truong Thi Huong Giang - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy Region 2, the appointment term is 5 years from November 1, 2025;
Transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Thien - Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City Region 2 to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Inspection Department of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, the appointment term is 5 years from October 1, 2025;
Transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Le Anh - Deputy Director of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City Region 3 to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Prosecution for settlement of complaints and denunciations on the judiciary of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy, the appointment term is 5 years from October 1, 2025.
