On May 5, Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce and award decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work at Trieu Hai One Member Limited Liability Forestry Company and Ben Hai One Member Limited Liability Forestry Company.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced decisions on transferring and appointing officials. According to Decision No. 1633/QD-UBND dated May 4, 2026, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee transferred and appointed Mr. Le Hoai Nhan - Chairman of the Member Council, Director of Trieu Hai Forestry One Member Limited Company - to hold the position of Chairman of the Member Council of Ben Hai Forestry One Member Limited Company.
According to Decision No. 1629/QD-UBND dated May 4, 2026, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee transferred and appointed Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Member Council of Ben Hai Forestry One Member Limited Liability Company - to hold the position of Chairman of the Member Council, Director of Trieu Hai Forestry One Member Limited Liability Company.
The decisions take effect from May 4, 2026, the term of appointment is 5 years.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Le Van Bao - Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee - acknowledged and highly appreciated the working process and contributions of the transferred and appointed officials; and emphasized that consolidating the leadership team of forestry companies is a necessary requirement to meet tasks in the new period.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, in their new positions, officials quickly approach work, promote capacity and experience; maintain the principle of solidarity and unity in leadership and administration. At the same time, focus on innovating management methods, improving production and business efficiency associated with political tasks; strengthen management, protection and sustainable forest development; improve the quality of planted forests, and promote the application of science and technology in forestry production.
In addition, it is necessary to focus on building a contingent of cadres and workers with qualifications and capacity; fully implement regimes and policies; strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly detect and prevent violations in the field of forest management and protection; contributing to maintaining forestry security stability, promoting socio-economic development in the area.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the cadres who were transferred and appointed expressed their respect for the trust of the provincial leaders, and at the same time committed to continue to strive, train, promote the spirit of responsibility and solidarity; together with the leadership collective and workers to effectively implement assigned tasks, improve the effectiveness of forest management, protection and development in the coming time.
