According to the plan to organize activities to celebrate the Party and celebrate Binh Ngo Spring in 2026, the total budget implemented in Ca Mau province is more than 101.6 billion VND. This resource is allocated from the state budget according to decentralization, combined with mobilizing socialization and contributions from cadres, party members, businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Ca Mau identifies Tet care work as a key and continuous task, focusing on vulnerable groups such as people with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, poor households, near-poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities, orphans and social protection beneficiaries. Deep-lying, remote, coastal areas, and ethnic minority areas are particularly concerned.

During the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet holiday, the province will organize visits and gifts for people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs; and at the same time deploy many practical support activities for these subjects.
A highlight in this year's Tet care work is the deployment of 100 Tet gifts per commune and ward, each worth 1 million VND, including cash and essential gifts. Gifts are mobilized from the joint efforts of officials and party members, combined with the budget and socialized sources.
Ca Mau also organizes visits and Tet greetings to the armed forces, officers and soldiers on duty during Tet, workers under construction at key projects, and forces on duty at frontline islands. This care contributes to encouraging spirit, while ensuring security, order, and social safety during Tet days.
Leaders of Ca Mau province requested localities to deploy Tet care work promptly, for the right people, publicly, transparently, and avoid formality and duplication. The highest goal is for all people, especially those in difficult circumstances, to celebrate Binh Ngo Tet 2026 in a warm and affectionate atmosphere.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
