Farmers suffer double losses

But this time, the fertilizer is not dissolved, still intact, only fading. I called twice, the agent came to handle it. After checking, they said it dissolved slowly.
Also suffering from intolerant stools and coffee falling fruit, according to Ms. Tran Thi Anh in Dak Mar commune: "I have 1,300 coffee trees, bought NPK stools from yellow storks to fertilize. I have only fertilized 750 trees, but I see that they are not dissolved so I stop.
Before the above consecutive incidents, Mr. Do Trung Chinh - Chief fertilizer agent, the place selling NPK CCV to the two households above, inspected and worked directly with the two households. Talking to reporters, Mr. Do Trung Chinh informed that the fertilizer that the two households bought for use was NPK gold-plated corn, imported from abroad. After the people's feedback, the General Director of the company came to inspect the situation and finished working.
However, Ms. Tran Thi Thi did not agree with the above opinion. Ms. Thi affirmed: "The agent called the company to let the technicians come up and take the soil (taking samples) for inspection but did not respond. Ten days later, a person introduced as the director and the two came here to send gifts. I do not accept gifts. The director explained that the division of sales is imported, with documents. I just hope to have clear results, see if the stool is of good quality or not".
Before the above incident, Ms. Tran Thi Thi reported it to the authorities of Quang Ngai province. On July 11, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province sent a document to the Departments of Industry and Trade, the Departments of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committees of Dak Mar and Dak Ha communes to handle the petition of citizens.
There are still no results of fertilizer testing
The Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ngai province has directed the Market Management Department to coordinate with relevant units to handle complaints and recommendations from citizens. On July 17, the Department of Industry and Trade issued a document reporting to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province on the handling of Ms. Thi's reflection and recommendation (153/BC-SCT).
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, for the content of the reflection of poor quality fertilizers, in order to have a full legal basis to answer Ms. Tran Thi Thi, the Market Management Department will coordinate with specialized units in the field of fertilizers (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ngai province) to conduct sample collection, testing and quality assessment (for 500kg of fertilizers currently stored at the warehouse of the Main Fertilizer Agency) according to regulations.
In case the results of the fertilizer sample quality testing are not in accordance with national technical regulations, they will be handled or proposed to be handled according to legal regulations, at the same time, respond to the petition to the citizen and make the information public according to regulations. In order to have a basis to respond to Ms. Tran Thi Thi's complaint and recommendation, the Department of Industry and Trade respectfully requests the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to extend the processing time until the results of fertilizer sample testing are available.
On July 30, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Tran Xuan Thuong - Head of the Market Management Department of Quang Ngai province - said that there are currently no test results for the quality of the above fertilizer sample, to report to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.
